We also collect standard web analytics data through Netlify's hosting infrastructure (page views, general geographic region, browser type). We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.

Information submitted through our forms is used exclusively to:

  • Match you with appropriate certified specialists in your geographic area
  • Pass your contact information and dog description to matched specialists for follow-up
  • Respond to direct inquiries

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

3. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with:

  • Matched specialists: The certified trainers/behaviorists we match you with receive your name, email, phone (if provided), city, and dog description. They are not permitted to use this information for any purpose other than contacting you about training services.

4. Data Retention

We retain form submission data for 12 months, after which it is deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the About page.
